Account Security

Yes. These terms apply to all accounts regardless of the payment method you use — UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, or any other method we support. Depositing funds constitutes acceptance of the current version of these terms.

We will post any revision to this page and, where practical, notify you by email. Continued use of your account after the updated terms are posted counts as acceptance. If you disagree, you should stop using the account and contact us to initiate closure.

Your personal data is retained for the period required by applicable law after account closure, then deleted or anonymised. Transaction records linked to UPI or Paytm payments may be held longer where financial regulations require it.

Access to satmaka depends on local law and is available only where local law permits. Where a specific clause is found unenforceable in your state or jurisdiction, the remaining clauses continue to apply in full.

Each game on the platform is subject to its own round-specific rules as well as these general terms. In cases of conflict, the game-specific rules take precedence for that round. Contact support if you believe a round result was inconsistent with the stated rules.
